My Name is Franz Strobl and I've been dead for almost thirty years. But I'm not letting a little detail like that stop me from writing my own blog. I was born and died in Salzburg, Austria. The only time I spent away from home was during the war. It is a pity that the only traveling I did was under fire. The world hasn't changed much since I came home from the war— just the names and faces of the biggest criminals. Under the surface, it's all the same.

Peter Strobl's family immigrated to the United States from Austria when he was three years old. He grew up in an immigrant neighborhood in Cleveland, Ohio.
Peter studied Music in America and abroad and currently teaches, writes and performs as a professional musician. His music-based blog, Bottom-end has become popular in America as well as Europe.
